Line a small baking sheet with a silicone baking mat and spread peanuts into a thin rectangle.
In a small saucepan heat honey to 300 degrees. It will be a nice dark amber color when it is finished.
Pour hot honey over peanuts and sprinkle with crunchy salt.
Let cool, cut into small rectangles and wrap each piece in parchment or waxed paper.
