You might be skeptical of baked chips, but these are just as good as fried chips and use much less oil. They’re healthier and your kitchen stays tidy. Pairs perfectly with our LFE Approved Guacamole.

Ingredients
- 1 package good quality corn tortillas
- ¼ cup neutral oil like avocado, grapeseed, or sunflower
- Salt, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place your unwrapped tortillas on a cutting board. Brush one tortilla with oil on both sides. Stack another tortilla on top. Brush the top of the tortilla you placed on top. Continue stacking and brushing all tortillas.
Cut the stack of tortillas into 8 triangular pieces, like a stack of tiny pizzas. Lay oiled tortillas on a parchment-lined sheet pan making sure they don’t overlap. You may need to use 2 sheet pans. Sprinkle with a few pinches of salt.
Bake chips for 12–18 minutes until completely crispy all the way through. If your oven heats up evenly, you may not have to flip them halfway through. Just check to make sure the bottoms aren’t browning too quickly. They should be very slightly golden but not brown.
