Refund policy

Good LFE LLC (“Good LFE”) values your satisfaction and offers you returns within thirty (30) days after the estimated delivery date on most items. All returned items must be in the original condition and should be unused with sealed components, where applicable. If you have an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged shipment, please contact our Customer Care team at contact@thegoodlfe.com before proceeding with the return.

We reserve the right to charge a processing fee and return shipping fee for any return, or refund,  that is not the result of Good LFE's error. Delivery fees, taxes, and processing fees previously paid by you are all non-refundable.

 

To Initiate a Return

Please email contact@thegoodlfe.com within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order with your name, order number, and items you would like to return. Good LFE will reply with additional return instructions.
