Another bright lemon flavored tea that makes a refreshing summer drink. Lemongrass is known for its anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and stomach soothing properties. Fresh lemongrass can be found at Asian markets and most health food stores.

Ingredients
5 stalks fresh lemongrass, roughly chopped or 5 tablespoons dried
Bring water to a boil and simmer lemongrass for 5 minutes over medium-high heat. Remove from heat and let steep for an additional 5 minutes. Strain and chill. Can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
