Low Fermentation Eating Approved Guacamole
Dips & Spreads
2 1/2 cups
There are so many dressed-up versions of guacamole, but little more is needed than perfectly ripe avocados smashed with a few squeezes of lime juice, some fresh cilantro, a little onion for crunch, and a touch of spice. Simplicity at its finest. It’s delicious with crispy tortilla chips, or spread on a warm corn tortilla and topped with an over-easy egg for breakfast.

- ½ bunch cilantro leaves, minced
- Juice of 2–3 limes, to taste
