1 mango, cut into small cubes
- ½ bell pepper, diced
- 3 scallions, thinly sliced
- Large handful cilantro leaves, minced
- Juice and zest of 1 lime
- Large pinch cayenne
- Sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Season with lime, cayenne, salt and pepper to taste.
