Simple ingredients and easy to make, this cocktail is the perfect combination of tart and sweet. Garnish with a salt rim and wedge of grapefruit and/or lime for a refreshing treat.
- 1 3/4 oz tequila
- 1/4 cup sparkling mineral water
- 1/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 4 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- Salt for the rim of the glass
- Ice, for serving
- Grapefruit wedge, to garnish
- Lime wedge, to garnish
Salt the rim of the glass by rubbing a grapefruit wedge around the edge and dipping into a small plate of salt.
Combine tequila, grapefruit juice, sparkling mineral water and lime juice.
Serve over ice and garnish with grapefruit and/or lime wedge.
